Yes, each insert has its size labeled on the outside close to the end of the flange tunnel. Because the size label is the same color as the flange insert itself, you may need to rotate the insert slowly in good lighting to read the size label.

Make sure that the proper flange size is being used by using the included nipple ruler to measure your nipple and find your breast shield size. The nipple should not be too tight or loose inside the flange tunnel and the nipple should be able to pull
A bra that is tight enough to firmly hold and press the collection cups against the breast for a complete seal. We recommend an adjustable bra with some support.
Pour the milk out of the spout on the top of the collection cup into a container safe for breast milk. Do not store milk in the collection cup.
