Why does my stopper not fit tightly in the pour spout?Updated 2 months ago

When using the Motif Aura Glow, the pour spout stopper may come loose. While the stopper is designed to prevent milk from spilling, it is also designed to allow air to escape. Air must leave the collection container to allow milk to flow through the valve into the container, therefore, the stopper does not form a complete seal to the spout on the collection container.
